Cancellation & Refund Policies
You may cancel, modify, or request a refund for any course for any reason within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Refund Request Terms
Refund requests must be submitted to: mafo@faceplastic-academy.com — they will be processed within 7 business days.
All refund requests will be considered in accordance with the UAE Consumer Protection Law.
No refunds are available after full access to all course materials has been granted.
Refund credit may be transferred to another course by contacting our support team at mafo@faceplastic-academy.com.
Cancellation requests received after the 14-day period are not eligible for a refund if you have accessed more than 20% of the course materials.
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7 days and returned to the original payment method.
Please note that some banks may take longer to complete the transaction.
If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your bank.
We kindly ask that you do not attempt to request a refund via other methods, such as chargebacks.
In the case of a chargeback, we will provide the bank with full documentation, including proof of services provided and all correspondence between the user and the platform.
The refund period in the case of a chargeback may take up to 50 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email from our support team within 48 hours of your initial request.
If no response is received within 48 hours, the date of your first email will be considered the official cancellation date.
